Overview
Once you have understood the ways of collating data and utilising reports etc, this session helps you explore how to display and help stakeholders visualise the data you have collected. This will aid you in engaging senior leadership teams and also bring your team to focus on the critical items on a project or change program. With this interactive session you will be able to build dashboards and portals. You will also learn how to track and visualise the project pathways for a project using dependencies. Looking at differing metrics and cross-sheet formulas using ranged referencing to enable your sheets to share relevant information. This and the introduction of how to use Proofing and Document builder well help you on a path of using the first stage of a PPM tool.
Duration: 5-6 hours approx.

This will enable a collaborative approach in the support that PPS can give to you during this session.
